Other definitions include: Organiser, Personal Data, Processor, Platform, Sensitive Personal Data, SPDI Rules, Terms of Use, User, and Website(s).

Arzi may collect Personal Data including account credentials, profile details, user-generated content, device identifiers, analytics data, cookies, logs, third-party login data, and interaction data. This includes information entered manually or shared automatically through device systems and browser technologies.

• Event/service requests and communication

Arzi may share data with:

Arzi provides California users rights including access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing, and limitations on Sensitive Personal Information processing.

Arzi uses essential cookies, analytics cookies, and tracking technologies for security, personalization, performance, and advertising. Users may manage cookie preferences except where essential for platform function.

Arzi does not knowingly collect data from users under 16. Any accidental collection will be deleted upon discovery or verified parental request.

Organisers collecting data on their event pages act as independent Controllers. Arzi is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or organisers.

All disputes related to the platform must follow Arzi’s internal resolution mechanism before legal action. All claims fall under exclusive jurisdiction as governed by Indian law.

Arzi may track cursor interaction, scrolling, and click patterns strictly for UI/UX improvement. This data is non-identifiable and never used for profiling.
